6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Coatdrapelo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content and that the content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights. Coatdrapelo is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

By submitting User-Generated Content, you acknowledge that Coatdrapelo may use your content in accordance with these Terms and that you will not receive any compensation for such use.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Coatdrapelo reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect your current subscription until the end of your billing cycle.

Payments will be processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Coatdrapelo to charge your payment method for the fees incurred. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services until payment is received.

In the event of a dispute regarding any charges, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the charge. Failure to do so will result in your waiver of any claims related to the disputed charge.

8. Service Modifications

Coatdrapelo reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Coatdrapelo will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features or tools that are added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Any content obtained from the services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Coatdrapelo’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Coatdrapelo. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Coatdrapelo may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and destroy any copies of the materials obtained from the services.
